用圓口裱花嘴擠出蘑菇頭和蘑菇頸!然後烤箱預熱100°中層100分鐘左右就可以了,千萬不要大火,要不就糊了!

黑白巧克力隔水融化!

烤好的蛋白霜蘑菇頭先刷一層黑巧克力液!

然後用牙籤劃上花紋,中間用手指肚摳出知道圓點,把蘑菇頸部黏上就可以了,然後撒點糖粉,齊活!
