栗子雞肉飯

日本的栗子十分大粒,日本人愛用來簡簡單單的煲飯,不加調味,單是吃栗子的甜味。今天加了雞肉,增添鮮肉味,食味更加豐富。

栗子
[b]材料:[/b]
生栗子200克、雞髀肉100克、水540毫升、米3杯、黑芝麻適量
調味:酒2湯匙、味醂1湯匙、醬油半茶匙、鹽1茶匙
[b]做法:[/b]
1.將栗子去殼後浸熱水至水變涼,外衣軟身後去衣。去衣後的栗子肉再浸水30分鐘,以除澀味。
2.雞髀肉切粒備用。
3.把洗好的米放入飯煲,加入栗子和雞肉,再加入調味和水一同煲至飯熟。
4.煮好後盛入碗內,撒上黑芝麻便完成。
