[轉]鮮檸蜜糖仙人掌乳酪奶凍

味道微酸的仙人掌,配上同樣是健腸的乳酪,加上檸檬汁和檸檬皮,食落非常清新,最啱夏天做甜品。

仙人掌嫩片(去皮切粒) 4湯匙、蜜糖 3湯匙、檸檬半個、原味鮮乳酪 500毫升、魚膠粉/清水各 2茶匙
[size=20pt][b]做法[/size][/b]
1.檸檬磨皮留用;檸檬榨汁留用。
2.魚膠粉放清水中浸 2分鐘,隔熱水坐溶,備用。
3.將仙人掌拌入乳酪、蜜糖、檸檬汁、檸檬皮、魚膠粉,倒入杯中,放雪櫃冷藏 2小時即可。
